De Rosa 70: Celebrating 70 Years of Cycling Excellence

Seventy years of activity. Seventy years at the top. Seventy years of competitions, champions, victories, and new challenges.

The history of De Rosa cannot be summarized in simple numbers, but to celebrate the seventy years of the Cusano Milanino brand, a completely new model has been created that embodies all the quality and experience of those who have made cycling history.

It is simply called 70, and it is an exclusive model designed for maximum performance, without compromise.

Its design required 22 months of study and development, to achieve a result that elevates perfection to a higher level.

In the 70 model, all the best of De Rosa's carbon fiber production is synthesized.

To create the frame, a new construction method is used that guarantees high integrity and maximum lightness: it is worth noting that, depending on the assembly, the entire bike weighs up to 6.350 kg.

To achieve this goal, almost the entirety of the frame uses unidirectional carbon fiber, but also fiber with different modules in areas subject to greater stresses, in order to effectively dampen vibrations, without losing rigidity and responsiveness.

For this reason, Settanta is made with the EPS technique, which is molding in expanded polystyrene for an extremely lightweight and resistant monocoque.

De Rosa Settanta is only available as a complete bike, with five different types of assembly: Campagnolo Super Record EPS, Shimano Dura-Ace or Ultegra Di2, Sram Red or Foce Etap. There are eight frame sizes available, ranging from 42.5 to 56.5.
