THE BOA® FIT SYSTEM:
The BOA® Fit System distributes pressure evenly and ensures better power transfer, so you can pedal faster, longer and harder. The BOA® Fit System has three fundamental components: a rotor that allows micro adjustments, light and super strong laces and low friction lace guides.
The BOA® IP1 double rotor of the Velar model features incremental adjustment when energized, allowing you to adjust the rotor while in use. By turning it to tighten or loosen the closure, you can accommodate the natural swelling of the feet that can be found during a ride.

FCT CARBON TECHNOLOGY:
Forged Carbon Technology (FCT) is an aerospace-derived technology that involves the use of broken carbon fibers. The term “forged” is due to the particular production process that exploits very high temperatures and pressures - over 100 bar - to create a composite material that is 2/3 less dense than titanium, but much more resistant. This process allows to create soles with reduced thickness and weight without compromising rigidity.
AIR SYSTEM CONCEPT:
Our body needs to breathe during intense physical activity. For this reason we have introduced the Air System concept. Laser micro-perforations, ventilation channels combined with other special devices convey the air flows where it is needed to keep the temperature stable during sports performance.
STT SOFT TOUCH TECH:
The STT finish is born from a careful choice of materials and the search for exclusive finishes. The special surface treatment guarantees Vittoria products a unique appearance, to enhance the design to the maximum and allow easy maintenance.
The HS STT Microfiber (High Stiffness Soft Touch Technology) has characteristics of resistance, stability, lightness, water repellency and eco-compatibility. It is subjected to hydro treatment, to reduce the degree of water absorption and exclude the formation of mold and bacteria. Microfiber HS is Oeko-Tex certified, does not contain harmful substances and complies with legal standards. It is micro-perforated and cut thanks to the nano Laser technology. The reduced seams increase the comfort and the inferna anti-sagging structure in Nylon mesh does not allow the shoe to yield with use.
