Cicli Corsa is now a Campagnolo Dealer of Excellence

Before Cicli Corsa existed, there were two of us. Two collectors, a workshop, and a few too many vintage bikes we couldn't quite leave alone.

Campagnolo was already there — on every frame we restored, in every box of parts hunted down at fairs and markets, in the late conversations that started with a single derailleur and ended somewhere in the 1970s. You don't really choose Campagnolo when you start with vintage Italian cycling. It chooses you.

Out of those restorations, slowly, something more concrete took shape. The same care we put into bringing an old steel frame back to life started looking forward as well as backward — toward the brands that still represent the best of Italian cycling today.

That's how Cicli Corsa was born in 2012: not from a business plan, but as the natural next step of a passion that had been around for years.

Fourteen years later, Campagnolo has officially recognized our shop as a Dealer of Excellence — a status reserved for a small number of partners worldwide. We're proud of it, of course.

But more than anything, we feel the weight of it: a recognition like this is only worth what you do with it tomorrow, when the next bike lands on the bench.

What does it actually mean for you?

The official description talks about exclusive spaces and brand identity, and all of it is true. But here's what changes concretely the day you trust us with your bike — or with the components for your next build:

- Faster turnaround on repairs and warranty. Priority access to spare parts means a Super Record cassette or a battery isn't a two-week wait. Most of the time, it's days.

- Mechanics trained directly by Campagnolo. When a new groupset comes out, our team isn't learning it from forums or YouTube — they're learning it from the people who designed it.

- Tools that most shops simply don't have. Some service equipment is produced in tiny numbers and reserved for a handful of dealers worldwide. We're one of them.

- Honest advice on what's coming next. A direct line with the factory means we can tell you what's worth waiting for, what isn't, and what's right for the bike you actually ride.

- People, not procedures. After years of working with the same teams inside Campagnolo, many of those contacts have become friends. When a difficult technical question comes up — a stubborn diagnosis, an edge case the manual doesn't fully cover, a build that needs a second opinion — it gets a phone call to someone who knows us by name, not a ticket number.

There's one thing we want to say clearly: this recognition belong as much to the rider who have chosen us over the years as it does to us. From a freshly built Bora-equipped race bike to a restoration that meant something personal to its owner, every bike
that has passed through this workshop built it just as much as we did.
