Colnago V3: The Perfect Balance of Performance and Versatility.
The Colnago V3 presents itself as the "younger sister" of the V3Rs, but with prominent details.
Starting this year, it features integrated cables, is available in three different color options, and is distributed only as a complete bike (not as a frame kit). It comes equipped with either the Sram Rival eTap AXS or Shimano Ultegra Di2 12s groupset.
Designed in conjunction with the launch of the more extreme V3Rs, Colnago's flagship model used by many professionals, the V3 was created to synthesize qualities that meet various needs.
For instance, the low attachment of the rear stays combines comfort and excellent traction, with an optimal degree of stiffness to transfer all the power generated on the pedals to the wheel.
This model features a monocoque carbon fiber frame resulting from the latest studies in terms of rigidity and aerodynamics.
One of the central elements in the design is to offer calibrated geometries that make the bike suitable for both high-speed flat rides and uphill sprints.
Among the frame characteristics aimed at ease of handling, you'll find a shorter head tube, a longer fork, and a modified (lower) bottom bracket height compared to previous models.

The fork, specifically designed for disc brakes, has a shape with concave stays at the top to optimize wheel clearance, allowing for the use of wider tires.
The braking system is solely disc-based, and it utilizes the exclusive integrated TFS system: the cables pass entirely through the stem and then through the fork's steerer tube.
This design makes the frame exceptionally clean and technically more aerodynamic.
A significant portion of the design efforts has been focused on the seat cluster area, both to reduce the overall weight of the closure system and to enhance its functionality and safety. The new locking system is smaller than the ones used in the V2-r and C64 models and is perfectly integrated into the frame, allowing for greater adjustability in the clamping mechanism.

Available in three color variations, the Colnago V3 is offered in eight different frame sizes to ensure a perfect fit for cyclists of any height.
