The customer, based in Germany, reached out through our online form after discovering the new Palta III and spending quite some time researching retailers. After reading numerous Trustpilot reviews, he decided to get in touch with us to shape a custom build that would stand out from a standard setup.

Having already owned a previous Palta, he was familiar with the platform, but the updated geometry and sizing required a careful review. We went through his measurements and suggested the right frame size along with the ideal cockpit configuration. From there, the focus shifted to the build itself. He was particularly interested in trying the new Campagnolo Super Record X 1x13 groupset, paired with a power meter crankset. For the wheels, the choice was natural, already a happy Scope user on his road bike, he opted for the gravel-specific Artech 4.G.
