Some bikes are chosen for performance, others for what they represent. This Pegoretti Duende R&R sits naturally between the two, bringing together steel craftsmanship, character and a very personal connection to the brand.

The customer, based in the USA and a long-time Cicli Corsa client, didn’t need much convincing. As soon as we became an official Pegoretti retailer, he was ready to add another one to his collection, this being his sixth Pegoretti.

To make sure everything was perfectly aligned, we also consulted Pietro from Officina Pegoretti. After reviewing the fit, it became clear that a standard size would work just right, without the need for a custom geometry. From there, the project focused on the details that make a bike like this truly special. The Ciavete paint scheme was a clear choice, with the only request being a solid black base to let the artwork stand out.

The bike was shipped to the US, where it immediately made an impression. Seeing the paintwork in person exceeded expectations and confirmed its place within an already remarkable Pegoretti collection.
