Y.D. found us through word of mouth from other cyclists in his area. With no Wilier dealer nearby, he put his trust in us entirely, drawn to the Rave SLR ID2 since its launch this season. Because Wilier supplies the Rave SLR ID2 as a complete bike only, we worked from that base and tailored it to his needs — swapping the cassette, fitting a 165mm crankset and specifying a zero-setback seatpost, all informed by the bike fit data he shared with us. Frame size and cockpit dimensions were confirmed the same way, ensuring a precise, personalised fit on a premium gravel bike. He travelled from the UK to collect it in person, and we handled the VAT refund on his behalf. A complete, rider-ready build — and a satisfied customer from the first pedal stroke.
