While the manufacturer does not typically permit component modifications on standard Shimano GRX 1x12 factory setups, we intervened to satisfy the rider's precise fitting requirements. Our workshop team sourced and swapped out the cockpit for a custom stem length and integrated a zero-offset seatpost before final assembly. Completed with durable Miche Graff XL wheels, this custom build achieved a final weight of 9.090g.
