It helps create a cleaner transition between frame and handlebar, improving the overall appearance of the front end while supporting a neat internal cable routing setup where compatibility allows.

Different versions are available depending on the frame and headset system. For some bike models, Darimo offers a Direct version, which replaces the original base plate supplied by the frame manufacturer. In other cases, the adapter is designed to sit above the original base plate or headset spacers already included with the frame.

The base plate features a 5 mm stack height, offering a practical solution for builds that require both proper fit and a more refined cockpit integration.
