The Columbus Futura Cross Semi-Integrated fork stands out for its innovative internal routing of the brake hose in the left fork blade, providing an elegant and aerodynamic solution. Unlike its predecessor, the brake hose is now completely concealed within the structure, enhancing both aesthetics and overall functionality.

The famous lines of the Futura fork are widened and lengthened to allow riders to mount larger, more tasseled tires. The Futura Cross fork can accommodate up to 47mm tires on 700c wheels, or 27.5” wheels with a 2.1” tire, a choice increasingly popular among gravel and monster-cross riders.

Following industry standards, the fork is designed for 12mm thru-axles (included) and flat-mount disc brakes to ensure compatibility with most modern road and cyclocross disc-brake groupsets. The 1.5” oversized steerer provides stability and durability, especially on uneven or slippery terrain.

Additionally, the innovative Multi-Rake system offers frame designers greater freedom when adjusting geometry and trail. Riders can fine-tune the setup based on wheel size, tire width, and riding style.

Columbus provides a set of special adhesive painting masks with each fork. These stencils, bearing the Columbus logo, allow framebuilders to replicate Columbus graphics on custom paint schemes, matching logo colors with the frame palette while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
