Lightweight Carbon Construction

Handcrafted from high-modulus pre-impregnated carbon fiber, the Ellipse is a true monocoque handlebar. Unidirectional and bidirectional carbon fabrics combine to achieve optimal weight distribution while reinforcing critical stress zones, including the central clamp area — compatible with stem front plates up to 50 mm wide.

Size and Compatibility

With an oversized 31.8 mm clamp diameter, the Ellipse is available in widths from 380 mm to 440 mm (measured center-to-center), covering the range serious riders actually need for precision and comfort.

Customization with Cicli Corsa

At Cicli Corsa we support riders who want a genuinely personalized cockpit setup. The Ellipse can be customized for different cable routing needs, including Di2 wires and hydraulic brake hoses. The standard version keeps a clean, classic round profile with no openings — ideal for rim brakes and mechanical shifting — while the custom version allows ports to be added. Every modification is reinforced with additional carbon layers, preserving safety at a small weight cost.

For Every Rider

Triathletes will appreciate the wide central round section, perfect for mounting extensions, with reinforced versions available on request. Riders over 90 kg can also order a reinforced Ellipse handlebar, built for added rigidity and precise handling.

Finish Options

Available in 3K Gloss, 3K Matte, UD Matte and UD Gloss. Matte finishes carry subtle black logos, Gloss finishes show brighter white logos. Custom logo colors and effects (Golden, Chromed, etc.) are also available on request. Like every Darimo product, the Ellipse is finished with no clear coat or varnish, letting the natural beauty of the carbon fiber show through — small surface voids may appear as part of the artisanal process, making each handlebar genuinely unique. Once fitted, finish the build with fresh bar tape to match your setup.
