The SHIMANO ULTEGRA PD-R8200 is a high-performance road pedal designed to deliver stability, efficient power transfer and a precise connection between shoe and bicycle, bringing DURA-ACE-derived technology to the ULTEGRA range.

The extra-wide SPD-SLR platform provides a large contact surface between the shoe and pedal, helping maximise stability and power transfer even during the hardest efforts. The ultra-low stack height brings the shoe closer to the pedal axle, creating a direct connection and a stable, precise pedalling feel.

The injection-moulded carbon composite body combines low weight with rigidity, while the cartridge axle and sealed mechanism ensure reliable performance and durability over time.

Engagement and release tension can be adjusted to suit individual preferences, allowing riders to fine-tune the pedal feel.

The PD-R8200 uses the SPD-SLR system and is compatible with SHIMANO SPD-SLR CL-110 cleats, which are included with the pedals. A version with a 4 mm longer axle is also available.

At just 228 g, the PD-R8200 is designed for riders looking to set new personal bests with a light, stiff and efficient pedal.
