At just around 95 g in the 350 mm straight version, this carbon seatpost is built with advanced bidirectional and unidirectional carbon fabrics, using a carefully studied asymmetrical laminate for the right balance between ultralight construction and maximum resistance — no marginal gains here, a genuine reduction exactly where the Y1Rs benefits most.

Hand-Laminated for Strength Where It Matters

Each seatpost is hand-laminated to achieve a genuinely record-low weight while maintaining durability and rider safety. At every section of the post, the number and orientation of carbon fiber layers varies, guided by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and destructive testing, so strength is placed precisely where the loads demand it.

Revolutionary Clamping System

The newly engineered clamping system on the straight version uses two ultralight Dyneema® loops, delivering a substantial weight reduction at the head and clamping area, while remaining compatible with all rail types, including 7x9 mm carbon saddle rails.

Measure the exposed length of your current seatpost, from the top of the seat clamp (top of the vertical tube) to the center of the saddle rails, then select the appropriate size from the chart provided.
