Record 13 and Super Record 13 share the same geometry, architecture and functionality. The differences are focused exclusively on material selection and finishes — the result is just 340g of additional weight compared to Super Record in this configuration, with no impact on shifting performance. The Record X derailleur pairs carbon fiber-reinforced polyamide bodies with a completely redesigned internal steel cage, 14-tooth narrow-wide pulleys with stainless steel bearings, a NANO Clutch for reliable chain retention, and a long cage enabling full compatibility with cassettes up to 48 teeth.

Integrated power meter — precision where it matters

The Record PWM power meter is derived directly from the Super Record HPPM, with simplified electronics that maintain a measurement accuracy of ±2%. Available across all crank lengths — 165, 170 and 172.5mm — it offers a highly competitive power measurement solution at this price point, with no need for additional sensors or external devices.

Record X: road geometry, wide-range capability

The Record X 1x13 Road configuration is built around a road-specific chainline of 45.8mm and a Q-factor of 148.5mm, combined with the long-cage X derailleur and the 10-48 cassette — delivering a gear range wide enough for any gradient in a clean, lightweight single-ring setup. Chainring options run from 38T to 52T, with all Record chainrings fully shared and compatible with the Super Record 13 platform, including Ultra carbon fiber versions.

The crankset axle is made of stainless steel, engineered through advanced stress analysis to allow reduced cross-sections and a controlled weight increase compared to the titanium axle of the Super Record. The crank arm features a very low-density technopolymer in the less stressed areas, maintaining excellent levels of lightness and stiffness.

Ergopower: the same ergonomic architecture

The Record 13 Ergopower maintains the identical functional layout as Super Record: internal Thumb Shifter, Shift Lever, Mode Button, Smart Button and status LED. The ergonomics redesigned in 2025 ensure full access to all functions from any hand position — on the tops, in the drops, or in a forward position. New control covers with a contrasting matte/gloss finish enhance both aesthetics and grip. The hydraulic system is unchanged from Super Record, with optimized internal routing and the same ease of installation. Full compatibility with the previous Super Record 12 WRL system is also confirmed.

Braking: same benchmark performance

The Record 13 caliper retains the same body as Super Record, delivering the same modulation and braking power. Compatible with 140mm and 160mm rotors — the 160mm adapter is included with the front brake or available separately. Organic pads are supplied as standard; sintered pads are available as an option, offering up to approximately 10,000km of durability in dry road conditions and developed for gravel use and wet weather.

Battery: 750km. Charge anywhere.

The Record 13 battery offers 750km of range on a full charge, with a magnetic quick-snap port and the ability to charge both on and off the bike. Charging is via a standard USB-C cable — no dedicated charger required. In an emergency, the battery can be charged directly from a smartphone. The My Campy app — winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2024 — provides full control over the groupset: button customization, firmware updates, digital garage for multiple bike profiles, real-time diagnostics, and ANT+ integration with Garmin Edge, Wahoo and other cycling computers.
