At the heart of the P Zero Race TLR RS is the new SmartEVO² compound, an evolution of the outstanding three-polymer SmartEVO formula, developed using the latest materials and processes derived from Motorsport and produced at Pirelli’s new Italian manufacturing plant located close to the R&D headquarters. The result is enhanced grip on both dry and wet surfaces and record-low rolling resistance for its category, delivering the precise riding sensations demanded by the world’s fastest World Tour riders.

The SpeedCORE™ structure — a Pirelli patented technology — transfers the brand’s automotive expertise directly into road cycling. Completely redesigned and made lighter, it features a tubeless-ready 120 TPI casing with a thin, airtight rubber layer enriched with aramid particles. This advanced construction improves mechanical resistance, air retention, and overall flexibility, making a decisive contribution to the tyre’s exceptional performance.
