Lightness and Reactivity, with the Colnago Charm
The Colnago V4 is an all-around bicycle, extremely fun to ride with a clean and refined design. The frame is a rigid, solid, and responsive monocoque structure, benefiting from the same carbon layup research and aerodynamic development that led to the creation of the V4Rs.

Aerodynamics – Front Area
The front area of the frame is similar to that of the V4Rs. The head tube is slimmer, and the fork has been revised compared to the V3Rs and the V3 to allow for better airflow, especially during fast and technical descents.

Real Dynamic Stiffness
During riding, a bicycle is subjected to various loads acting simultaneously. For example, during a sprint the cyclist applies forces to the pedals that are off-axis relative to the bike. Additionally, significant force comes from the arms, which push and pull on the handlebars, stressing the front area.

During seated climbing, however, arm load is reduced while most of the weight shifts to the rear triangle.

These different and often contrasting stress conditions form the concept of Real Dynamic Stiffness, which was used as a reference to develop this bike—just as with the V4Rs.

The result is an extremely balanced frame, where all stiffness parameters have been harmonized to offer outstanding riding performance.

Stem, Handlebar, Tire Clearance
The V4 comes standard with the CC01 S cockpit. This setup enables fully integrated cable routing and maximum aerodynamic performance. The frame is also compatible with various third-party solutions.

The nominal tire clearance is 30 mm, identical to that of the V4Rs.

Groupsets and Compatibility
The Colnago V4 will be available in the following configurations:

• Shimano Ultegra Di2 with Vision SC45 wheels
• Shimano 105 Di2 with Vision SC45 wheels
• SRAM Rival with Vision SC45 wheels

The V4 can also be equipped with mechanical groupsets (1x or 2x), as well as any type of single-chainring setup.
