Grade 9 Titanium – Hand Welded in Italy

Constructed from Grade 9 titanium (3Al-2.5V) and TIG welded in a controlled atmosphere at De Rosa’s headquarters in Cusano Milanino, Italy, the frame achieves an ideal balance between structural strength and controlled elasticity.

This alloy is valued for its long-term durability, corrosion resistance, natural vibration damping, and excellent fatigue performance, making it one of the most respected materials in high-performance cycling.

The Titanio X is part of the Black Label program and is available in standard sizes or fully custom geometry.

All-Road Geometry with Road Precision

The compact rear triangle enhances responsiveness and acceleration, while the full carbon fork improves front-end precision and vibration control. Clearance for tires up to 35mm increases versatility without compromising the sharp and dynamic handling expected from a high-performance road platform.
