The pinnacle of handmade Italian road bikes
The Sarto Cima represents the latest evolution of Sarto Bikes' craftsmanship. Designed and manufactured entirely in Italy, it combines more than twenty years of carbon fiber expertise into a road bike that balances responsiveness, comfort, precision, and timeless design.
Inspired by the acclaimed Seta Plus and Raso platforms, the Cima is not built to chase numbers alone. Instead, it delivers a refined riding experience where every detail has been engineered to work in harmony.
Handmade carbon craftsmanship
Every Sarto Cima frame is built entirely in Sarto's workshop in Veneto using the traditional tube-to-tube construction method.
Each carbon tube is individually laminated by hand before being assembled and finished by skilled technicians. This manufacturing process allows Sarto to optimize stiffness, comfort, and ride quality while achieving a level of craftsmanship that cannot be replicated through mass production.
The result is a frame that feels lively under acceleration, stable at speed, and remarkably smooth over long distances.
Designed around the rider
Like every Sarto, the Cima can be built completely custom-made.
Frame geometry, carbon layup, and riding characteristics can all be tailored to the individual rider, creating a bicycle that feels like a natural extension of the body.
For riders choosing a standard size, the Cima features a modern endurance-inspired geometry with a distinctly race-oriented character, combining long-distance comfort with immediate power transfer and agile handling.
Ursus Proxima HR.01 Integrated Cockpit
The Sarto Cima is equipped with the new Ursus Proxima HR.01 integrated cockpit, engineered to deliver the perfect balance of lightweight performance, stiffness, and aerodynamic efficiency.
Constructed from high-performance carbon fiber, it weighs less than 275 g (size M β 400 mm) thanks to an optimized carbon layup that maximizes strength while minimizing weight. Fully integrated cable routing improves airflow at the front of the bike while creating a clean, streamlined appearance.
Custom headset covers ensure seamless integration with the frame, while the proprietary back-lockβ’ clamping system provides exceptional cockpit stability, even under hard efforts. The aerodynamic control area is designed with a rider-focused angle that complies with UCI geometry standards, offering both comfort and performance.
The result is a modern, lightweight cockpit that perfectly complements the design, integration, and ride characteristics of the Sarto Cima.
