Already the owner of a Marcelo rim brake from 2014, he was ready for the next chapter — integrated cables, disc brakes, electronic shifting — and the new Elio was the natural answer. Campagnolo Super Record Wireless 13s was never in question, paired with Bora WTO Ultra 45mm wheels for a combination that honours where he started without standing still. The finish, a Ciavete, was developed in close dialogue with the Pegoretti workshop based on his personal taste — and the result exceeded his expectations. A build ten years in the making.
