MyWay: custom colours for the new Dogma F

Pinarello has launched the new MyWay portal for the Dogma F road racing bike, which uses the latest 3D gaming technology for a more immersive experience.

The new MyWay system has been introduced to allow riders to choose from three different graphic layouts – mono, faded, and cut – along with 27 different colors, three different types of decals, and a gloss or matt finish.

Each individual custom frame can be considered a work of art, as it will be made entirely by hand by the most experienced painters, with over 30 years of experience at the Pinarello headquarters in Treviso, Italy. The long process begins with the careful preparation of each frame.

This requires great precision and is done by the most experienced workers. Each step requires resting and cooking times in the oven which make the process long and complex.

The final step is the application of the new generation Decaplus decals which are applied using water and then cooked in the oven.

The new graphics have been specifically designed to reduce weight, allowing for a perfectly smooth surface and offering exceptional finishes like the metallic ones visible in these photos.

The frame is cleaned and checked one last time before being passed to the technical team which make a further check on the threads, seat post and fork. Only after passing all these phases will the frame then be sent to the customer to be built up as their dream bike.
