Pinarello has launched the new MyWay portal for the Dogma F road racing bike, which uses the latest 3D gaming technology for a more immersive experience.

The new MyWay system has been introduced to allow riders to choose from three different graphic layouts – mono, faded, and cut – along with 27 different colors, three different types of decals, and a gloss or matt finish.

Once you've selected the final finish for your bike you will receive an identification code which you can then pass on to Cicli Corsa. We will then be able to confirm your order with Pinarello ensuring the best service. Each individual custom frame can be considered a work of art, as it will be made entirely by hand by the most experienced painters, with over 30 years of experience at the Pinarello headquarters in Treviso, Italy. The long process begins with the careful preparation of each frame.

The first surface layer is carefully hand polished to create a perfectly smooth surface to avoid any imperfections.

Only when the surface is perfect will the frame be moved to the paint shop where it is further cleaned and prepared for painting.

If the selected design requires more colors, after a drying phase the frame is carefully wrapped before the second color can be applied.

At this point the masking is removed from the frame and details, such as fading, is then applied with an airbrush. This requires great precision and is done by the most experienced workers.

When the painting is completed, a final transparent protective glossy or matt coat is applied according to the finish chosen by the customer.

The frame is then left to rest for 24 hours before the inspection and polishing phase which takes place entirely by hand.

The final step is the application of the new generation Decaplus decals which are applied using water and then cooked in the oven.

The new graphics have been specifically designed to reduce weight, allowing for a perfectly smooth surface and offering exceptional finishes like the metallic ones visible in these photos.

The frame is cleaned and checked one last time before being passed to the technical team which make a further check on the threads, seat post and fork. Only after passing all these phases will the frame then be sent to the customer to be built up as their dream bike.
