How can I make a return?

Returns can only be made if the product unused and in the original packaging.

The cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer, except for special circumstances.

How is a bicycle packed?

We invest a lot of time and care in the packing of the orders, from a small component up to a complete bicycle.

For the shipment of a complete bicycle, we assemble it and make sure that it works perfectly. Once we pack the bicycle, we proceed to dismantle the handlebar, saddle and wheels, ensuring that the customer can receive and reassemble it easily.

Assembling a bicycle requires simple operations that you can carry out yourself, but if you don't have much experience, contact your trusted mechanic!

Who pays the duties?

For orders outside of the European Union we do not apply taxes. For some non-EU destinations, it is possible that customs duties and taxes may be charged to release the shipment.

Any customs duties and taxes will be requested and collected exclusively by the relevant offices and not by CicliCorsa.

We will not be responsible in any way for the payment of customs charges. We encourage customers to check the customs costs for their country before confirming a purchase.

For each international shipment we provide all the necessary documentation to proceed with customs clearance.

Do our prices include VAT?

VAT is not applied for purchases outside of the European Union.

Do you have a company based in Europe? VAT is not applied to these purchases but you must contact us in order to provide a valid VAT number registered in the VIES system.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and PayPal (cash on delivery is not accepted).

The accepted currency is only EUR €.

Is there a warranty?

Each product sold on the CicliCorsa.com website is covered by an official guarantee, also provided by the manufacturers for all orders. For any doubts please don’t hesitate to contact us!

The product is available. When will it be sent?

We update the waiting times for products online on a weekly basis, according to the information provided by the various retailers.

A product indicated as available can be present in our warehouse and shipped the same day, or available at the supplier's warehouse and ready to be shipped within 3/5 working days.

How soon can I receive my order?

The waiting time depends on the type of product, its volume and the country of destination.

In general, the transit times are:

Italy: 24/48 hours.

Europe: 3/5 days.

UK: 5/10 days.

International: 5/12 days.

More details will be provided during Check Out depending on the product purchased.

Is it possible to confirm an order with a deposit?

For all products with a high degree of customization and / or that require a longer supply period, we offer the possibility of securing an initial deposit.

You will be contacted as soon as the product is ready to be packed and shipped, and we will ask you for the remaining balance.

Is my order eligible of free shipping?

Italy: for orders equal to or greater than 99 euros (including VAT), shipping is free and managed by express courier.

Europe: for orders equal to or greater than 199 euros (including VAT), shipping is free and managed by express courier.

In all other cases the shipping cost is declared at Check Out.
